Trouble Connecting Nanoleaf Devices to Bluetooth

Hey Nanoleaf community,
When I try to connect my Nanoleaf setup via Bluetooth, I keep having problems. The app doesn't show the devices, or they disconnect soon after pairing. I've already done these things:

* Resetting the app and the devices

* Making sure the firmware is up to date

* Testing on several Android and iOS phones

Even with these efforts, the problem is still there. Has anyone else had problems connecting to Bluetooth? If so, what worked for you? It would be very helpful if the support team or Concora Card com community could give us any advice.
