    Hi there, we really appreciate you sticking with your Aurora panels for so long, and I understand how frustrating this situation feels.

    Since you are using the original Aurora panels, the key thing to know is that they rely on a 2.4 GHz WiFi connection and legacy pairing flow, which can be sensitive with newer routers and Android devices. Even after resetting your router, some settings can still block pairing, so please check that 2.4 GHz is enabled and separate from 5 GHz, and that features like AP isolation, band steering, or “smart connect” are turned off. On your Samsung A54, make sure Location, Bluetooth, and Local Network permissions are fully enabled, and try pairing while staying very close to the controller.

    I also recommend doing a full hard reset on the controller, then pairing immediately after it powers back on using the manual setup option in the Nanoleaf App rather than QR or NFC. If possible, trying to set up from a different device, such as an iPhone or another Android phone, can sometimes help isolate the issue.
