Light strip does not fit
The light strip is:
A: Too long
B: does not fit into the frame where the parts are joined together - there is insufficient space to squeeze the strip in where the joins are. Very disappointed.

For the Nanoleaf Floor Lamp, the lightstrip is designed to be routed through the frame and guided through the joint sections, and it can feel tight at those connection points. When installing, we recommend feeding the strip through gradually and ensuring it is properly aligned with the channel before applying gentle, even pressure to guide it through each joint. Avoid twisting the strip and try inserting it section by section rather than all at once.
If the strip appears longer than expected, that is normal as it is measured to fit the full length of the lamp once fully seated. If you are still having difficulty getting it through the joints, please share photos of the sections where it is getting stuck so we can guide you more precisely.
