     I'm sorry, but I'm pretty frustrated. After the newsletter was sent yesterday by you that the pre-ordered products can now be ordered for everyone and are in stock, I feel quite mocked. I have made 2 pre-orders. These have still not been sent and I do not know when, because the customer service does not respond. I'm not used to this from Nanoleaf and quite disappointed. What are there actually pre-orders for?
